The Toshiba Satellite L505-GS5037 laptop has a TruBrite 15.6″ LCD display, Windows 7, and an Intel Core i3 processor.

This laptop features Intel’s latest Core i3-330M processor. The Core i3 features dual cores capable of four processing threads. It is a 64-bit processor that comes with 3 MB of L3 cache, runs at 2.13 GHz and built on a 32 nm die. That means lower power, and less heat, which is ideal for a laptop. It has 4 GB of DDR3 RAM (1066MHz) and can be expanded to 8 GB. Perfect for multitasking.
The display is a 15.5″ TruBrite LCD display with a resolution of 1366 x 768. The 16:9 aspect ratio and native 720p support makes it excellent for watching widescreen DVDs. The screen is driven by the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD with 1696 MB total available graphics memory. This is shared graphics memory, so it may get bogged down during graphically intensive tasks like games. This uses the Mobile Intel® HM55 Express Chipset.
The laptop comes with a 500 GB Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive rotating at 5400 RPM. A half a terabyte should be enough for most purposes unless you want to store every movie ever made on this thing. The optical drive is a DVD SuperMulti drive supporting 11 formats including double layer support.
Let’s talk networking. This notebook comes with 10/100 Ethernet on the RJ-45 port for wired connectivity. You also get Wi-Fi® Wireless networking (802.11b/g/n) for support of the latest wireless networking standard.
The 5-in-1 memory card reader compatible with Secure Digital, Secure Digital High Capacity, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, Multi Media Card, xD Picture Card gives you a place to stick the memory card from your digital camera. The laptop comes with a 6-cell Lithium ion battery pack rated at 4400 mAh, and a 65 W auto-sensing AC power adapter. The system measures 15.1 x 10.2 x 1.55 inches and weighs 6 pounds. It comes with a limited 1 year hardware warranty.
Of course, you also get a premium US keyboard with 10-key pad (Black), CD/DVD Buttons (Play/Pause, Stop, Prev Track, Next Track), a TouchPad™ pointing device with multi touch control, and a Mute button.
